The second generation
Pawel Pregowski
Vice President of Construction
Pawel Pregowski grew up in Bridgewater around his father’s craft, and his hands-on experience covers the whole build, from foundations to finished carpentry. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
He went on to run large public and utility work. As Chief Estimator and Northeast Regional Supervisor for an infrastructure contractor, he estimated and secured utility and government projects and oversaw more than ten at once across several states, working with government agencies, utilities, architects and engineers. He has also managed lighting design for roadways, industrial sites and LEED-certified buildings.
Today he brings that discipline to every Pregowski home: line-item estimates, realistic schedules, clear contracts and a safe site. He works in AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp. He is not a licensed architect: when a permit needs sealed drawings, they come from an independent NJ-licensed architect or engineer.
