Who we are

This website belongs to Pregowski Home Remodeling, LLC (“we”, “us”), a home improvement contractor based in Bridgewater, New Jersey. If you have a question about your information, call or text us at (908) 642-0517.

What we collect

• What you send us. When you use the consultation form, we receive your name, phone number, and anything else you choose to add: email, town, project type, budget range and your message.
• Calls and texts. If you call or text us, we have your phone number and what you tell us.
• Photos of your home. During a consultation we measure and photograph the rooms you want to remodel.
• Basic technical data. Our web host keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to run and secure the site.

How we use it

• To call or text you back, arrange your consultation, prepare renderings and a proposal, and carry out and support your project.
• Renderings. We create your 2–3 renderings with AI image tools, using photos of the room. We photograph the space only, and avoid capturing people, documents or other personal items.
• Our portfolio. We show photos of a finished project on this site or elsewhere only with the homeowner’s permission, and without names or street addresses.
• To keep records the law requires of a home improvement contractor.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. We share it only with services that help us do the work, and only as needed: our website host and form service (Netlify), our phone and email providers, the AI tools we use for renderings, and the suppliers and licensed trades involved in your project. We will also share information when the law requires it.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. If we add them, we will update this page first and describe what they collect.

Texts

We text you only if you text us first or tick the optional box on our form, and only about your project. We don’t send marketing texts, and texting consent is never a condition of working with us. Reply STOP at any time and we will stop within 10 business days, usually the same day. Message and data rates may apply. We keep a record of your form submission, including the time it was sent, as a record of that consent.

Security

We use reputable providers and limit access to the people working on your project. If a breach ever affected your information, we would notify you and the authorities as New Jersey law requires.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to follow up, and project records for as long as the law or our warranty obligations require. Ask us at any time to delete an enquiry that didn’t become a project.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, unless we are required to keep it. Call or text (908) 642-0517 and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

This site is meant for adults planning home projects. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
